So far so good. I got this replaced because my original one had a loose part inside so Amazon was kind enough to replace the whole thing. I want to share how I used the original box to make a cool handy and easy to make tool drawer. My drawer was a little too small so I trimmed off one edge and relocated the tools to the side. I added 3m tape on each side to hold it in place and a towel underneath to provide more support. Love it and puts a smile on my face everytime I open the kitchen drawer haha Only 4 stars because although drill great it did not allow me to torque screws into my stud locations of wall to hang a huge mirror. I had the drill at level 10 and the screw got jammed halfway through. Had to muscle the rest in with a screw driver
Be careful and test the drill (and tools/parts) immediately to avoid disappointment. This is less a product review and more a commentary on the seller Warehouse Deals, Inc. I received the product at a discounted price so can't complain too much but the accessory case was not included which makes the parts unmanageable and messy to carry in oversized tool bag. But even that can be overlooked. Biggest issue is with the drill itself and drill head to be specific. It is not centered. When I put in the screw-driver drill bit or a pilot drill bit on the drill, it doesn't rotate in one line, it's wobbly. It is defective for sure. So disappointed with the purchase but have passed the return period. So make sure to test you purchases immediately.

Great kit. I am a woman, so I appreciate the smaller size of the drill and how lightweight it is. I have small hands, so the drill fits perfectly. And dont let its size fool you. I was able to drill in concrete walls with no problem (NOTE: the bits included are only for wood, you need to buy separately concrete drill bits). The battery lasts a long time. I did not charge it when I first received it until about 3 weeks after and it still had charge in it. Has all the tools one may need. I did buy a tool box and transferred all the tools to it, just to have everything more organized and easily visible and to temper my OCD. Great package deal. Very happy with it.

Update 1/2017 The drill is still going strong. I broke a few drill bits when I accidentally hit concrete. This is expected as the drill bits aren't made for concrete so it's entirely my fault. Don't expect the drill bits to be extremely durable if you use them often or for years, as I have, but they're definitely for small everyday things. Sometimes when the drill hits harder surfaces, the drill bits get a bit stuck in the surfaces and they loosen from the drill. Update 12/2015 My dad and I used this drill set to build a greenhouse with wood and polycarbonate from the ground up and install the shelves. The battery lasts for a long time and we only have to charge once a day after a whole day of use. It's a bit banged up from all the use and abuse, but it's still going strong and has become my dad's favorite drill. He barely uses his corded drill anymore. I think he's claimed it as his own now ... The spade bits were used to drill into 4"x4" wood for the greenhouse frame to make holes for 1/2" hex bolts. The different sized drill bits proved to be useful for the different sized screws we used for the greenhouse. Since they aren't as sharp as the more expensive brands, they do take a tiny bit longer to drill through certain things, but for those with less experience, the slower equipment allows more time for precision. My dad has limited vision so the drill and drill bits give him time to steady his hands and also allow him time to see where the drill is going while he's on. *** Instead of asking for jewelry, I asked for this drill kit as a Valentine's Day present. It's hands down the best drill I've used. It's small yet powerful. I have tiny hands and I can hold the drill comfortably in my hand without getting tired. The drill bits are easy to switch out and tightening it doesn't require a lot of strength. I use this drill on almost all my DIY projects around the house, like fixing my Roomba, installing ceiling fans and installing curtain rods. The only thing I don't like about this kit is it doesn't have a box to hold all the drill bits. The bag has no compartments to keep the drill bits separate. I keep the sharp kits in a smaller bag and throw that in with the rest of the tools. But the con isn't enough to decrease the rating. When I received the set I started to take everything out of the tray and put it in the bag that came with it... But then I remembered all the reviews saying that they didn't like having the sharp pieces floating freely in the bag. So instead of using the bag that came with it I decided to cut off the t op of the box it came in and just store the kit, with the clear molded plastic that came on it, on a shelf, like pictured. We find it really handy to be able to see everything at once and for everything to have a place.

I use this drill to mix paint and it does a great job. Speed is easy to control and it's very light for long uses. Battery stays charged for long too. The screw drivers included are odd size, PH3 and 5/16 flat (very big) which are not commonly used and I personally almost never use. All in all, a great set for the price. I bought a second set for my brother in law.

Surprisingly good set of tools. I was moving out of my house and my old Dewalt batteries were gone. It cost the same to buy a whole set than a new battery. These new lithium batteries are amazing. This thing went days without needing to be charged. Even a contractor asked to use it to install it since his crapped out on him. No problems for him and its needed use. The pliers, hammer, drill bits, and even wood hole drill things worked great. I love that it comes with a bag. Everything just sits in it and its not hard to find what youre looking for even if it ends up on the bottom. The circular wood cutters are a bit sharp but thats fine. Just want where you're sticking your fingers when you're looking for something. I do have to admit the razor cutter "stopper" broke the second I tried to use it. Not a deal breaker though and the clip was a bit cheap. .The tape measure save d me a couple times since you know how those can suddenly disappear but this one kept its place always in the bag. I would definitely buy another set. Definitely recommend. Update 7/10/2017: As with some drills the chuck on this decided to get stuck. It was stuck in the open position and would not tighten around the drill and bits. Took the whole thing apart, put it back together, unscrewed the chuck, and the chuck still wouldn't come out. Screwed it back in (this screw is actually inside where the bits are placed and tightened around. It uses a star bit instead of a Phillips head) and it would not unscrew anymore. Have to buy a whole new one. I'm bummed because otherwise this drill kicks but. The battery lasted forever. It worked to screw in lag nuts 4.5 inches long into wood beams approximately 25 times, not including all the drilling to put the bolts in. I was brutal on it and it kept going. The battery charges quickly and I didn't have any other problems with it. I ended up purchasing a different black and decker. BLACK+DECKER 20V MAX Matrix Cordless Drill/Driver (BDCDMT120C). This drill is perfect and like this one I have beat it to death. Still going strong to date. (6/15/2020)

So so happy to have a toolkit with a rechargeable screw driver at a reasonable price. We have not used this set for any sort of intense home repair but so far so good. To screw in or unscrew things into dry wall or put some ikea furniture together, this powerdrill has been great. My only complaint has to do with the multibit screwdriver. I don't know what happened but interchanging the bits worked great for the first week, and by the second week wouldn't hold anything and became useless. Luckily we had a spare lying around the house that didn't come with the kit. Kind of a shame but overall I would say everything other than the multibit screw driver worked as expected (hence the lost star). We haven't used the hole saw attachments or any thing heavy duty but I think for DIY projects it'll hold up well over time. The little bag that it comes with hold everything. I don't know how long the bag will last, it isn't the most sturdy bag, but for a place to toss everything it'll hold up. I saw some questions about whether or not there was a battery charger. There is in fact a battery charger and it plugs into a US standard 120 outlet. Expect a couple of hours of charging before you're able to use the powerdrill. Overall I would say it's worth a purchase for home repair or DIY projects. You might want more heavy duty tools to hold up for an industrial setting though, but for a home toolkit, the price and quality can't be beat.

The drill wasn't able to cut through PVC pipe... like why even make that product? What puzzles me most is the inclusion of a moderate variety of drill bits. This one unique quality to what is otherwise a poor excuse for an "essentials tools set" fooled me into thinking I could retain reasonable value from it's "steal" price. My advise is drop the drill/bits completely and add a ski mask so you can hide your shame in owning this product. Basically if you intend to interact with these tools it's a waste of money. If you're a father that wants to sleep at night knowing your college freshman is prepared for any dorm related mishaps (but you know deep down they'll never touch the tools) then maybe it's worth while. Otherwise you could raise them to be independent; in which case they would be insulted by this gift. The Black & Decker brand has lost all value for me.
